Jacob Torkin

Johnny Torkin

Jacob is a junior at The Masters School in Dobbs Ferry, New York. He is a member of GenerationJoy, a group of next generation advocates for the Joyful Heart Foundation, a volunteer at the Crestwood Library and an active supporter of Hope’s Door, a domestic abuse shelter in Hawthorne, New York. 


Jacob is member of the Masters varsity tennis team and is a math tutor for middle school students. He enjoys pickleball, skiing and beach volleyball. Jacob lives in White Plains and Scarsdale, New York. He has two rambunctious dogs, Goldie and Bruno and a clownfish named Nemo.

Johnny currently is a freshman at USC Marshall School of Business. He attended high school at Hackley in Tarrytown, New York. Johnny was also awarded a Russ Hogg Grant, which supports Hackley students operationalize ideas that combine innovation, creativity and community service. Johnny enjoys hiking, skiing and playing tennis, squash and golf.
